  • Cleanser: A hydrating, non-stripping jelly-to-foam cleanser that’s gentle on acne-prone and sensitive skin. It melts away makeup, excess oil, and SPF—giving you clean, fresh skin without that tight, dry feeling.
  • Serum: A gentle, multi-acid serum that goes deep into pores to clear blemishes, while gently exfoliating the surface of the skin to reveal a smooth, glowy, and more even complexion.

Use the cleanser morning and night on damp skin, massaging for 30 seconds before rinsing. Follow with 1–2 pumps of the serum on clean, dry skin to gently exfoliate and help keep pores clear. Always follow with an acne-safe moisturizer in the PM and an acne-safe SPF in the AM.

*We don’t use any potential pore-clogging or Malassezia folliculitis (fungal acne) triggering ingredients.

Based on a third-party clinical test on 35 panelists across all six Fitzpatrick skin types with self-perceived acne-prone skin after using AHA + BHA Blemish Control & Exfoliating Serum for 8 weeks.

  • Nope—and that’s intentional. We left out acne actives like salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide for two reasons: (1) If you're already using acne treatments in your routine, doubling up can compromise your barrier. (2) Leave-on products work better for acne actives—a cleanser is only on your skin for a few seconds, so any benefits would wash away before they can do their job.
  • Yes! This cleanser is ophthalmologist-tested and safe for the eye area. Just be sure to avoid getting the product directly in your eyes.
  • We recommend using it morning and night. But if you’re acne-prone or have a compromised skin barrier, consider skipping your morning cleanse to avoid over-drying. A splash of lukewarm water is all you need :)
  • Since this is a multi-acid formula, we don't recommend using other strong actives like retinol, benzoyl peroxide, glycolic acid, or lactic acid at the same time to minimize the risk of irritation.
  • Yes! This serum has been clinically tested and shown to be safe for sensitive, acne-prone skin. The formula is powered by 12% humectants to boost hydration and help counteract dryness and sensitivity from exfoliation. It also contains calming ingredients to ensure that acne-prone and sensitive skin can benefit from its potent formula without irritation.
  • If you’re new to exfoliating, you might experience a purge—meaning you may see small pimples and bumps appear. This is completely normal! Salicylic acid works by diving deep into pores and bringing underlying buildup to the surface. This phase can last a few weeks, so stick with it and continue to slowly incorporate it into your routine.
  • If you’re new to exfoliating, start slow—just a few times a week—and build up to daily use as your skin adjusts. You can use this serum in the AM or PM, but if you’re applying it in the morning, always follow with SPF.

    I’ve been using this cleanser for the past month and absolutely love the texture and clean feel. I have combination skin with hormonal breakouts. I cant wait to try the serum out!

    Great Moisturizing Cleanser!!

    I am reviewing the Banu brand Chamomile Jelly Cleanser. I am new to this brand and have never tried any of their products. I love the idea of a hydrating cleanser that melts away makeup and sunscreen but I have tried other cleansers that claim this same thing and ended up getting really clogged pores, breakouts, and blackheads from them. I need a cleanser that really deep cleans because I am an avid sunscreen user and the really good sunscreens are hard to completely get off of the skin. I hate the cleansers I have been using because immediately after using them my skin feels right and uncomfortable. This cleanser is a total game changer! I can cleanse my skin and it feels totally clean and it doesn't feel right at all. I've also noticed that it's not nearly as dry as it used to be. Great product!!!

    Banu blemish serum

    The Banu AHA + BHA serum with 2% salicylic acid has become a game-changer in my skincare routine.What impressed me most is how quickly I started seeing results. Within the first week of use, my skin texture began improving noticeably. The combination of AHA and BHA really works to tackle both surface-level concerns and deeper pore issues. My stubborn blackheads that l'd been dealing with for months finally started clearing up, and the overall clarity of my skin improved dramatically.The 2% salicylic acid concentration hits that sweet spot - strong enough to be effective without being too harsh or drying.
