FAQs
-
Absolutely. Dark Spot Milky Serum was designed to fit seamlessly into an acne routine. Just avoid layering it at the same time as strong exfoliating acids or retinoids if your skin is easily sensitized — alternating is a great approach.
-
Yes. By helping keep pores clear with consistent exfoliation, this serum supports both treating active breakouts and helping prevent new ones from forming.
-
Blemish Control & Exfoliating Serum has been clinically-proven to clear active acne in as little as two weeks with consistent use.
-
Apply Dark Spot Milky Serum after cleansing and before moisturizer. If you’re layering treatments, use thinner formulas first and always finish with SPF in the morning — protecting your skin is key when targeting dark spots.
-
We recommend using it morning and night. But if you’re acne-prone or have a compromised skin barrier, consider skipping your morning cleanse to avoid over-drying. A splash of lukewarm water is all you need :)
-
Nope—and that’s intentional. We left out acne actives like salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide for two reasons: (1) If you're already using acne treatments in your routine, doubling up can compromise your barrier. (2) Leave-on products work better for acne actives—a cleanser is only on your skin for a few seconds, so any benefits would wash away before they can do their job.
-
Nope! This product won’t stain or bleach your clothes, towels, or bedding. It’s made with sulfur, which doesn’t have bleaching properties. Most spot treatments that stain contain benzoyl peroxide.
-
Yes! Sulfur plays well with others. You can pair it with ingredients like salicylic acid, benzoyl peroxide, or retinoids to boost results—just keep an eye on how your skin reacts.
