Participation in the CLEAR THE TAB (the “Sweepstakes”) constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Official Rules.

Eligibility:  Open only to legal residents of the United States, 13 years of age or older at the time of entry.  Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates and its advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.  Void outside of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.  Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period:  The Sweepstakes begins on November 19th, 2025 at 12:01 a.m. Eastern Standard Time and ends on December 09th, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.  All entries sent by mail must be postmarked by December 09th, 2025 and be received by December 12th, 2025.  

Entry:  You may enter the Sweepstakes as follows:

Email Entry:  Customers who register for a Banuskin account and provide their email and phone number during the Sweepstakes period will automatically receive ten (10) entries.  Registering for a Banuskin account is free.

Product Review Entry:  Post a product review on banuskin.com and receive ten (10)  Entries for leaving the review. Limit one (1) review per product.  Leaving product reviews is free.

Internet Order:  Any banuskin order placed during the Sweepstakes Period through www.banuskin.com will result in sweepstake entries per the following:  

Any order up to $50 is 5 entries

Any order over $50 is 10 entries

Any order over $100 is 20 entries

Mail:  Send your name, address, telephone or cell phone number, and e-mail address in your own handwriting on a 3” by 5” index card to: CLEAR THE TAB, 26 Broadway, Suite 934, New York NY 10004.  Mail entries must be enclosed in a #10 envelope (4 1/8” by 9 1/2”) with your name and return address placed on the front left-hand corner of envelope.  Only one entry per envelope.  

All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned.  Use of multiple email addresses or accounts to enter is not permitted and may result in disqualification from winning a prize.  Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, accounts, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. 

Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and may result in disqualification.  No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted.  

Prizes:  There are 5 prizes that will be available.  The grand prize is one (1) $1,000.00 USD Visa Gift Card. A Visa Gift Card valued at $250.00 each will be awarded to four (4) second place winners. All prizes will be awarded.  No alternative prize, cash or other substitution is permitted except in the sole discretion of the Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability.  All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.  Each winner of a prize with a value of $600 or more will be given a Form 1099-MISC and will be required to supply Sponsor with his or her social security number.  

Selection of Winner/Odds of Winning:  The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received in a random drawing on or about December 15th, 2025.  Potential winner will be notified by phone & e-mail.  If a prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited by potential winner and awarded to an alternate winner.  As a condition to receiving the prize, the winner (or the winner’s parent or guardian if the winner is under 18) will be required to sign and return a affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release (“Affidavit and Release”).  The winner agrees to the use of his or her name, voice and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.  Winner should allow approximately 3 to 4 weeks after  to receive the prize.  The odds of winning the prize depends on the number of eligible entries received.

General Conditions:  No purchase necessary.  A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment.  Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, in its sole discretion, any person acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or tampering with the entry process, the operation of the systems required to conduct the Sweepstakes or operate the Sponsor web site, or who is otherwise in violation of these Official Rules.  In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

Limitations of Liability:  Sponsor, its affiliates,  [X Corp. / Meta Platforms, Inc.,] [add any related parties or participants to be released from liability], and their employees, officers, directors, and agents are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) misdirected or delayed mail, e-mail or text messages; (ii) telephone, telecommunications, hardware or third party software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Sweepstakes or possession or use of any prize; (iv) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; or (vi) any condition caused by events beyond Sponsor’s control that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted, corrupted or terminated.  No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.  In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, unawarded, eligible prize claims.

Disputes:  Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by a state or federal court located in New York, NY; (2) any claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant, shall be shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion and governed by the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York.

Privacy:  Information collected from entrants will be used for administration of this Promotion, prize notification and delivery, posting the name of winner on the Winners List, and is otherwise subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://banuskin.com/policies/privacy-policy.
